Corporate Advisory
We advise clients either companies, members of the board of directors, and individuals regarding the broad spectrum of legal issues that our clients encounter. We provide legal and practical advice to our clients to navigate the corporate landscape. The service we provide includes advisory on corporate and financial agreements; directors’ rights and liabilities; and others based on the request of our clients.
Pre-Litigation Advisory
Litigation can be an expensive endeavour. Without jumping the gun, we provide this service to clients prior to our clients instituting legal action or defending any action that our clients encounter. The service we provide includes advisory on collating legal and/or corporate documents; identifying the best and practical approach in resolving the dispute; and others based on the request of our clients.
Conveyancing & Real Estate Transactions
We represent clients on conveyancing and real estate transactions, whether they are the vendor or intended purchasers of property, from the start until completion.
To ensure the confidence and trust of our clients on us, we retain our Professional Indemnity Insurance at a total of RM 2 million each year.
This includes drafting of sale and purchase agreement and ensuring that the property is vested to our client. We also provide this service on ad-hoc basis.

Peter Siew Shyh Shen – PARTNER
Peter has assisted senior counsel with appeals and applications at all levels of the judicial hierarchy including the Federal Court, the Court of Appeal and the High Court in a vast array of matters including civil and criminal cases.
Khairul Anwar Hairudin – MANAGING PARTNER
Early into his legal career, Khairul was constantly exposed to counsel work and assisted Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram in appeals and applications before the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal in all areas of the law including constitutional law, commercial law and criminal law.
Yasmeen Soh Sha-Nisse – PARTNER
Yasmeen graduated with honours from Multimedia University. She read in the chambers of Datuk K.P. Ng of Messrs. K.P. Ng & Amardas and was subsequently called to the Bar. Yasmeen was an associate in Messrs Sri Ram since 2018 until the untimely death of the late Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram. She then joined SKC as a Partner with a focus on civil and criminal litigation.
Dinesh Ramachandran – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Dinesh joined the firm as a Legal Associate. His area of interest is criminal law and have represented numerous individuals in court. He is now focused on criminal litigation and white collar crimes.
