Meet Our Team
Our team consists of lawyers that have been immersed in a wide range of disciplines and legal matters involving high profile and high value corporate matters and disputes including matters concerning fraud, defamation, constitutional and administrative issues, breach of fiduciary duties, contractual and statutory duties at all levels of the judicial hierarchy.

Peter Siew Shyh Shen – PARTNER
Peter has assisted senior counsel with appeals and applications at all levels of the judicial hierarchy including the Federal Court, the Court of Appeal and the High Court in a vast array of matters including civil and criminal cases.
Yasmeen Soh Sha-Nisse – PARTNER
Yasmeen graduated with honours from Multimedia University. She read in the chambers of Datuk K.P. Ng of Messrs. K.P. Ng & Amardas and was subsequently called to the Bar. Yasmeen was an associate in Messrs Sri Ram since 2018 until the untimely death of the late Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram. She then joined SKC as a Partner with a focus on civil and criminal litigation.
Dinesh Ramachandran – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Dinesh joined the firm as a Legal Associate. His area of interest is criminal law and have represented numerous individuals in court. He is now focused on criminal litigation and white collar crimes.
